A chef, trained at The Florida Culinary Institute, and has over 40 years in the hospitality industry. She worked at several high profile resorts in Florida including The Ritz Carlton Palm Beach, The Breakers, Palm Beach Polo & Country Club. In California, she was employed by several top northern California restaurants before moving to Birmingham to assist with the opening of Culinard, a for profit culinary school for those wishing to enter the hospitality industry. She has extensive experience in cost control, purchasing, restaurant and human resource management, creating fresh food concepts and popular menus.
An executive in the automotive industry, currently Chief Operating Officer for the US division of one of the world’s largest integration companies will be the key manager focusing on finance and marketing. John has helped to develop several US companies with strong management skills and has a unique ability for development of team members and business growth. Through John's unique roles, he has spent the past fifteen years traveling both domestically and internationally and has a desire to bring the best of the establishments he has encountered globally to the boardroom to make it a truly unique experience.

OT is a seasoned chef and restaurateur in the Birmingham metro area with over 40 years of experience. He has a comprehensive background in opening and running restaurants and sports bars such as Cosmo’s Pizza and OT’s Neighborhood Sports Bar. With a loyal customer following, OT brings an instant customer base and recognition for some of his signature dishes.
